Harlem Islamic Cultural Center (HICC) was created in 1988 by a group of Senegalese living in New York City. In 2009, we realized our first objective which was to buy a building located at 108 East 128th Street, in the heart of Harlem, to host the Center. We also started implementing our children's programs with the opening of our "Children's Lecture Series" at the beginning of this year, under the supervision of our Brother Waly Mody Ndiaye. ....
